ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Pam O’Dea - leader, mentor, and founder of Re-Fire Consulting.
With over 40 years experience in educational and Christian leadership, including 16 years as a College Principal, I've learned firsthand what it takes to lead with clarity, courage, and heart - especially when the stakes are high and the path ahead isn’t clear.
Walking alongside leaders, team, and organisations through seasons of growth. challenge, transition, and calling has reinforced one truth: leadership is never just about strategy or systems. It's about people. It's about purpose.
And it's about having the courage to respond when something inside you whispers, "There is more!"
